🔎 Adobe surveyed over 13,000 selected participants on digital trends in 2021. We briefly summarise the results for you:
▶️ In almost every sector, companies observed a significant unusual increase in digital customers in 2020. In B2B, this was 57%.
▶️ With the Corona pandemic, there is a greater focus on the customer’s digital buying experience, which goes hand in hand with faster insight and higher investment in marketing. Flexible cloud-based platforms in particular are coming into the sights of companies in order to increase efficiency in gaining knowledge.
▶️ Two-thirds of the participants expect a hybrid work model with on-site and home office work in 2021. In this way, more flexible companies will be able to attract more digital professionals in the long run. Managers also say they pay more attention to the long-term effects of the home office and invest in the health and further training of their employees.
▶️ Many companies believe that the use of AI, video content and personalisation in particular will have a positive impact on the customer experience.
