In times of e-commerce, many people think so. A study by Sendcloud, for which 8000 participants from 8 European countries were surveyed, has now brought to light in which European country most parcels are returned. ↩️
On average, the return rate was 52%, just over half. While France has the lowest rate of returns (43%), German consumers are the shoppers who return the most parcels across Europe, with a rate of 65%.
Also interesting: 66% of the Germans surveyed said that a return at their own expense was a reason for them not to make a purchase.
