Our industry news offers you the opportunity to inform our specialist tradesmen and installers about your desired topic in an exclusive campaign slot in the electrical or HVAC sector. We use a broad portfolio of advertising media to reach your target group in the best possible way. The aim is to increase/emphasise brand awareness and the added value of your company or products to our customers throughout Germany. The starting point is a thematic focus that can be freely chosen by you and worked out together with us and placed in our respective communication media. And best of all: In the respective campaign month, the advertising material is exclusively available to you as our exclusive partner.

At Lumina Live / ZANDER Live, we present the latest products and technologies together with our renowned industry partners, live from the bathroom exhibition or studio. Due to the Corona crisis and the increased order situation of the specialist tradesmen, visiting a bathroom exhibition and a “personal” presentation of new products has become virtually impossible for the tradesmen. Lumina Live or ZANDER Live is intended to remedy this situation!

The Lumina Live format is aimed at SHK manufacturers and at the same time Lumina exhibitors of the ZANDER Group.

The ZANDER Live format is aimed at SHK manufacturers who are not represented as Lumina exhibitors and electrical manufacturers.

And best of all – all questions can be asked directly during the live stream via chat function.

B2C2B refers to the generation of end customer projects by the manufacturer and the ZANDER Group in compliance with the three-stage sales channel.

Zander Digital Services covers the entire process from the generation of potential end customers, through the qualification of the inquiry, to the automatic forwarding to the specialist installer, including a success control (offers and orders generated via the project).

The focus topics defined by the ZANDER Group for B2C2B projects in 2024 are heat pumps, photovoltaics, charging parks and Lumina.

The costs for B2C2B lead/project generation are to be determined on a time and material basis.

Generate a unique newsletter route for a group of exclusively selected ZANDER specialist customers.

Within the framework of the CD specifications of the ZANDER GROUP, we can implement individual designs for you. We also offer you a variety of elements such as texts, images, buttons or downloads.

By default, we link to your landing page, articles in our online store, our Oxomi catalog portal and, if applicable, to product configurators (external links are not possible).

After the newsletters have been sent, we evaluate parameters such as the number of recipients, opening rates and click rates to measure the success of your campaign.

The respective campaign period can be customized.

With our ad graphics, you have the opportunity to present your advertising message to our numerous customers from the specialist trade. Your individual ads can be placed at six different points along the customer journey and in different formats in the ZANDER store.

By default, we link to your landing page, articles in our online store, our Oxomi catalog portal and, if applicable, to product configurators (external links are not possible).

The minimum booking volume for the advertising measure is € 2,000.

CPM: (2,000 € / 100,000 impressions) × 1,000 = 20 €

The manufacturer brand page, a brand landing page for desktop, tablet, smartphone and app users of the ZANDER store, offers you the opportunity to present your brand on our website for 12 months.

Your brand page is accessible via a direct link, brand overview and, if applicable, brand logo on the start page (after consultation with the ZANDER GROUP’s central purchasing department). External links are not possible.

Lumina brand page: For sanitaryware manufacturers and exhibitors at our Lumina bathroom exhibitions, a manufacturer brand page can also be booked on the Lumina website.

The SHK campaign brochure is a print magazine that is published six times a year and is valid for two months at a time. It contains special offers from the SHK, tool and electrical product areas for specially selected trade customers of the ZANDER Group.

As a manufacturer, we offer you the opportunity to book one of two exclusive advertising slots per issue. The advertisement is limited to one DIN A4 page of the brochure.

The brochure currently has a print run of 3,000 copies (as of 03/2024).

Our ZMART complete solutions offer trade customers of the ZANDER Group products and services in the areas of ZMARThome, ZMARTenergy and ZMARTe-mobility.

As a manufacturer of products and solutions from the respective areas, you have the opportunity to present your product portfolio and highlight its benefits as part of our ZMART campaigns.

Your ZMART campaign will be advertised over a period of two months via the ZANDER Group’s marketing channels.

And best of all: during the respective campaign months, the advertising material is exclusively available to you as an exclusive partner.

The following services are available as stand-alone measures or as part of a B2C2B project.

Geofencing: Geofencing is a technology that uses virtual geographical boundaries to trigger certain actions when a mobile device enters or leaves a defined area. It is often used in marketing to send customized notifications. For example, a store can send a notification to customers when they are in the vicinity of the store. Geofencing combines GPS, RFID, Wi-Fi or cellular data to determine exact location.

In the geofencing campaigns we have implemented so far, we have also aggregated the data with other data sources to obtain further information about the relevant user.

In campaigns that we implement using geofencing as a marketing tool, we naturally pay particular attention to the issue of data protection. The data we use is GDPR-compliant.

Demographic data analysis

Demographic data analysis enables the precise definition of target groups by collecting and processing demographic data (age, gender, income, level of education, occupation). The analysis examines population characteristics in order to identify trends and patterns and develop marketing strategies. A comprehensive overview is created by combining this with other data sources, such as building data and weather data. Once the target group has been determined, it is addressed by post (letter/direct mailing) or online (Facebook, Instagram, Google). Retargeting takes place in the 2nd stage.

Digital agreement

At Zander, for example, targeted e-mail campaigns that are tailored to the demographic characteristics and interests of the target group (e-mail push marketing). In addition, display and social media ads are targeted at the identified customers (online advertising).

Analog approach

At Zander, for example, personalized mailings to the target group, such as consulting vouchers or information brochures (dialogue mail) or individual print materials sent directly to potential customers (direct advertising).

Example: Identification of homes in need of renovation on the basis of extensive consumer data, followed by the dispatch of a personal consultation voucher at a nearby Lumina bathroom exhibition (incl. brand presence of the participating manufacturer).
