🐟From 23 April to 25 April 2024, our dual students were invited by ZDS to the ZANDER Group’s Trainee Days, which took place for the first time this year. All of the company’s trainees and students came together for three eventful days in Grünberg (Hesse)🌳
1️⃣On the first day, the participants first got together in different groups to get to know each other in a fun way. We also had the opportunity to ask questions to the next generation of the family-run ZANDER Group, represented by Mr Specht and Ms Hörr. During and after dinner, there were further opportunities to get to know each other better while playing darts, table tennis and table football🏓
2️⃣The second day was characterised by six extensive workshops, of which each group completed four. These workshops covered a variety of topics, including future prospects, social media and sustainability. During these sessions, the 60 or so colleagues were able to get to know each other even better. At the end of the workshops, the groups presented their results to the entire audience and rounded off the evening with another dinner together🍴
3️⃣ The last day started with a city rally through Grünberg, where the individual teams had to pass through various stations. The teams were presented with exciting challenges, such as answering company-specific questions or solving a Sudoku puzzle. Once all the stations had been successfully completed, the participants gathered to honour the winners, followed by a final lunch together and a final farewell from the ZANDER Group’s trainee managers👋
🤩The three days were both enjoyable and exciting as well as very successful for the personal development of our trainees and students. Getting to know the other trainees provided a valuable opportunity to gain an insight into their sometimes very different working environments. We and our students are already looking forward to seeing them again🚀
