On the one hand, it is becoming more and more effective due to the advancing technical development, and on the other hand, it is primarily intended to compensate for a lack of experience with spare parts caused by delivery problems.
🧠 Conversational AI offers one of many solutions to the skills shortage. Conversational AI is also one of the topics that is becoming more and more suitable for everyday use as technology advances. By means of voice-based AI systems, not only can business processes be automated, but they can also replace or relieve skilled workers. IAVCworld cites an exciting example from the operating room: voice-controlled AI laser devices that listen to the surgeon without error during an operation and thus do not require a nurse’s assistance to function.
🧠 A recent study by Bitkom on AI in the German economy provides interesting insights into the planned use of artificial intelligence in the coming year. Thus, 10% of the companies stated that they intend to invest in AI in 2023. Among the companies that do not currently use AI, they were asked about likely purposes. The most frequently mentioned answers were customer loyalty, IT and purchasing.
